We sell sell frozen fresh sausage (unsmoked) on Tuesdays. Our new batch is ready on Wednesdays by noon.

We do have smoked sausage in stock. If you are travelling from out of town, it is always wise to call ahead or send an e-mail to check on our stock. We do occasionally sell out.
