FRESH MADE IN-STORE SAUSAGE: Our production for fresh made in-store sausage is on Monday and Tuesday each week. We sell frozen sausage on Tuesday mornings until the fresh batch is ready by mid-afternoon. See our product page with a list of all varieties of made in-store sausages.
SMOKED SAUSAGE: We have smoked sausage in stock. (fresh and frozen)
PEPPERETTES: We have all pepperettes in stock this week: mild and hot regular and mild and hot dry, and flaming hot.
